General objective

Set the necessary knowledge to improve senior management for the benefit of social security institutions, such as strategic leadership, adaptation to change and communicative skills, through principles of present-day organisation so that senior management can respond to the global, ever-changing environments in Social Security Institutions.

At the end of the course, you will be able to assess institutional development projects by identifying the main challenges in Social Security Institutions in your region to develop managerial and organizational skills, as well as the ability to improve and leverage tools to achieve operational efficiency and ensure user satisfaction.
