Enrollment Requirements
I. Applicants from CISS-affiliated institutions:
(titular, associate, adherent, and linked members)
- Curriculum summary of maximum two pages.
- Official nomination letter addressed to the CIESS Director, Emanuel de Araújo Dantas, M.A., indicating the type of scholarship (100% or 50%). It must be presented on letterhead and signed by the competent authority of the institution (only management positions are accepted), either the representative or the person expressly delegated to the CIESS Management. One or several people can be included in the same letter. You can download an example of the nomination letter format.
- Valid official photo identification (voter ID, passport, or professional ID). Foreigners: passport, DNI, or personal identification card.
- Complete the pre-registration at: Online Registration.
II. General public applicants:
- Statement of purpose letter addressed to the CIESS Director, Emanuel de Araújo Dantas, M.A., committing to cover the total cost on the indicated date.
- Curriculum summary or resume of maximum two pages.
- Valid official photo identification (voter ID, passport, or professional ID). Foreigners: passport, DNI, or personal identification card.
- Complete the pre-registration at: Online Registration.
Registration Process
Visit the CIESS website and select an activity
Consult our 2026 Academic Program and select the activity of your interest. Request more information by filling out our contact form.
Confirmation Email
We will send you an email with all the details of the selected activity, specific payment instructions, and the scholarship options available for your profile.
Enrollment
You will receive your username and password at the email address you registered; these are non-transferable and their use is your responsibility.
Virtual Campus
You can now log in to campusvirtual.ciess.org. We hope you enjoy your learning experience.
Important Information
Below are key aspects that every applicant must consider during the enrollment process:
- Enrollment for academic activities is open throughout the year and closes 10 days before the start of the program or when the maximum capacity (30 people) is reached.
- Send all documentation in a single email to: inscripciones@ciess.org.
- You will receive a response within a maximum of 5 business days after the enrollment period has ended.
- Access keys are sent before the indicated time.
- Cover the cost on the days indicated in your acceptance letter (transfer, deposit, or credit/debit card at the facilities).
- Payment will be made in Mexican pesos for participants of Mexican nationality. For participants of nationalities other than Mexican, it will be made in dollars using the option you choose from those listed above.
- Once payment is made, you must send the copy issued by the bank to the email: noemi.martinez@ciss-bienestar.org
- Scholarships available only for personnel from CISS-affiliated member institutions (100% or 50% off tuition). No scholarships for non-members.

- External collaborative institutions do not apply for scholarships; they pay the total cost.
- Limited availability.
Foreign Participants
- For in-person activities in Mexico City (CDMX), process immigration permits in the country of origin.
- If paying at the facilities, credit card only; the amount will be charged in Mexican pesos at the current exchange rate.

Training at CIESS represents a strategic investment in human talent, with options adapted to different training and budget needs.

Online Diplomas (120 hours)
Diplomas with In-person Closure
Officials from CISS member institutions can access 100% and 50% tuition scholarships, according to Title VII of the CISS Financial Regulations.
Scholarships
- In online activities, they apply to the tuition cost.
- In Diplomas with in-person closure in Mexico City, they apply to tuition, lodging, and meals.
- The assignment of scholarships is formalized via email before the start of the activity.
- We suggest consulting the Financial Regulations.
Stay at CIESS
We offer comprehensive services to ensure a complete and comfortable training experience during your stay at our facilities.
- We offer lodging and meals for blended activities.
- Lodging can be used from 24 hours before the start of the in-person phase and up to 24 hours after its completion.
- For additional nights, contact us to coordinate availability.
- No strict check-in/check-out schedule for greater convenience.
Lodging
- With a scholarship, the room is shared with another participant of the same gender.
- No companions allowed; facilities are for the exclusive use of registered participants.
- You may use the lodging service from 24 hours before the activity starts and up to 24 hours after it ends.
- If you require an additional night, please contact us in advance.
- Additional nights must be paid directly at the facilities with a credit card (exclusively) in Mexican pesos.
- The hotel does not have a strict check-in or check-out time, providing flexibility to participants.
Meals
- The meal service includes breakfast and lunch from Monday to Friday during the activity.
- If you require a special menu for medical, religious reasons, or dietary preferences, please notify us at least 7 days in advance.
- Airfare and local transportation are not included in the package.

Support Services
- CIESS Library: We have a wide specialized collection in social security and well-being.
Service hours:
Monday to Thursday: 9:00 to 18:00 hrs
Friday: 9:00 to 16:00 hrs - Cafeteria: Concession service available with a variety of food and drinks (additional cost).
- Transfer: We do not offer transfer service between the airport/terminal and CIESS. Authorized taxis are recommended (approximate cost: 19-25 USD).
